Simple and practical.

The Chainlift is a useful tool that makes changing the rear wheel very easy. It took some time to find the correct pin for the XTR Di2. Also, the space you can create between the derailleur, chain and cassette is quite limited.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the Chainlift and the support I received with it.

Plain and simple to use. As advertised just how it should be.

It makes my life easier and not damaging/dirty the chainstay whenever i take off the rear wheel. Also mounting it on/off to the trainer is easy.

It is absolutely not intuitive. You really have to read the instructions then look at the videos. Once you understand how it works (and there are many ways it does not work) it is actually very simple to use.
Keeping the chain out the way makes fettling with disc brakes in particular really easy. Being able to spin the wheel without any engagement of the cassette is way more useful than you might think.
Only 4 stars since you need to remember which pins fits which rear mech. All my bikes need different pins and the one I really wanted it for is possibly too new - the new T type pin does not fit my SRAM AXS EXPLR kit (and neither do any of the other SRAM pins). Might be due to the frame rather than the rear mech, but it does not fit regardless.
So it works really well on 4 out of 5 bikes (2 SRAM MTBs, a SRAM hybrid and a Shimano roadbike).

I no longer hate Presta Valves :)

I have always been frustrated with Presta Valves. I hate having to click the lever over on a normal bike pump too. I bought a Prestacycle Pro Presta Head – Auto-Lock Bicycle Tire Pump Head a couple of years ago, much easier, but it was a pain at times, air blowing out, eventually I think the gasket wore out. Then I bought a Zilch. I hate to admit that Facebook advertising worked on me, but it did. I love it. When I first got it I had one tire that was not working right. I called Radian and was helped right away, learned how to unstick a presta valve with a simple "burp" before filling. The product is well made and SO easy to use, now I don't mind the extra chore of adding just a little air to my wife's bike. No more "ah, it doesn't really need any air right now." Now it's so easy that I don't mind.
